Lecture / Debate

Each year Fox Williams hosts a lecture on the procedural issues raised by that year’s Vis problem. Articles on those issues have been subsequently published in CIArb’s journal “Arbitration”. Copies of articles can be found on the links below.

For the 2022 lecture, to be held at The International Dispute Resolution Centre, 1 Paternoster Lane, London, EC4M 7BQ on Wednesday 23 February 2022 at 4pm, we are delighted to announce that Lord Wilson of Culworth (former Justice of the Supreme Court) and Anneliese Day QC will be panellists.

Registration: 4pm

Time of debate: 4.30pm

We are expecting to close the debate by 6.30pm with drinks and canapés to follow for those attending in person.
